Honey, as with her namesake, has a very sweet appearance and swagger. Her hair is soft and shiny, the color of warm honey on a hot summer day. She has recently gotten a considerable amount of it cut off, now choosing to wear it around shoulder length. She's also had colored slightly, giving it soft, luminous streaks of wheat and cornsilk. Over time her hair has developed a natural curl. No matter how much heat she applies with a hot iron, it will not straighten. She now wears her waves proudly, taking pride in how the light bounces and reflects in the perfect blond of her hair.
Living in the hot, tropical climate of Japan has given her a radiant, golden tan. Her cheeks flush beautifully, giving her the look of health and perfection. Honey adopted a strenuous workout regimen and macrobiotic diet into her lifestyle. Her body is now toned to perfection, every curve supple and lean. While on her new eating regime, she lost a good amount of amount of weight (22 pounds), yet was able to keep her ample bosom. Honey keeps her nails at a good length, constantly polished in soft pink or sheer nudes, shiny and healthy. She gets them manicured weekly.
She has no tattoos, but has been tempted with getting a small something on her hip or shoulder blade; a homage to love long-past. She prefers to wear clothing with an expensive price tag and a well-known name, such as Chloe, Guess, Juicy Couture, Chanel, Prada, and Manolo. Her affluent lifestyle and fast-paced career in Miami allows her this pleasure in life, along with a tidy sum she inherited after her father passed on a few years ago.
Honey more often than not can be found to be toting around a good-sized Louis Vuitton signature monogram shoulder bag or a patent leather bag from Couch, full of things a woman needs to stay pretty, look sweet, and to get a man. Something many immediately notice upon meeting Honey is her scent profile: she wears perfumes and sprays that smell flowery and full bodied, fresh and inviting. Another thing people notice is that she is never without a smile, or without a compliment for you.
Personality:
As with the sweet substance she is named after, Honey has an addictive and charming personality. She rarely has anything bad to say about anyone, unless they cross her the wrong way. When she meets you, she always has something nice to say, even if you look like complete crap. She will notice if you look like complete crap. Remember, she is a womanly woman and a girly girl. Her swagger is bubbly, and she is never without a smile on her face. It's impossible for her to be sad for more than five minutes, and she's always happy to see you.
Her voice is saccharine and girlish, adding to her darling and winsome demeanor. When she is sad, she chooses rather to hide it behind thoughtful comments and helpful gestures. She would rather not project more sadness and depression on to the world. Honey feels if she is engaging and good-humored, maybe she can cheer up your day, even if only a little.
Many would peg her winsome demeanor for vapidity, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. She's one of the smartest people you'll ever meet, yet would rather you find out in time rather than act snotty about it.
As stated earlier, Honey has a highly addictive personality, especially when it comes to people and alcohol. She loves to socialize, to be the life of the party.
When Honey loves, it takes hold of her entire being so that she never wants to let go. When in love, she's high on life and feeling like nothing can bring her down.
Powers/Abilities:
Pseudonym: Cutey Honey
Realm of Influence: Heat/Atomic Energy
Source of Power: Ai System
Alternate Forms:
Transformation: Unlike other Magical Girls, Cutey Honey does not have a glittery, customized sequence of transformation. She simply presses the holographic emitter surged to a pink silk choker and is engulfed by a brief, blinding flash of white light. She uses this no-nonse phase for every look she takes on.
Colors: Hot Pink, Dark Purple/Mauve, White
Outfit: Cutey Honey's outfit consists of four pieces of clothing: Shoulder guards and bracers, bodice and breast plates, a (short) skirt, and high-heeled boots.
Attacks: Cutie Honey uses no incantation to summon her element. She pulls at the atoms around her to form atomic energy and heat. She can create a wide array of nameless attacks, and never sticks to one form or discipline.
But as with her personality, everything is personal with Cutey Honey. She just had to name a few of her favorite attacks, the ones she uses most often in battle.
Matter Manipulation: Honey's body is infused with nano-cells that allow her the ability to bend and manipulate atoms and molecules to suit her will. This includes everything from creating new looks and disguises to holograms to physical attacks that utilize hot energy.
Aikido: With her father's persuasion, Honey was taught at a young age to defend herself. Honey is a master of Aikido and women's self defense.
Super Strength: Her traditional bones where replaced with hollowed titanium rods, each rod molded to the shape of the human skeletal system; her nuscles partially replaced by high-sensitivity fibers no different from traditional organic, protein-based muscle.
Weapons
In A Nutshell
Weaknesses:
Mortality: She bleeds when cut, cries when a bone is broken, can die from an injury.
Energy: To even be able to function properly, Honey relies heavily on the Ai System, created by her adoptive father, Professor Takeshi Kisaragi. She has to eat carbs constantly to keep her levels at peak performance, or suffer embarrassing mishaps such as loosing pieces of clothing or even becoming completely naked. If she loses all energy in battle, her threat of death is more than tripled.
Memories: Honey has tried her best to suppress memories of her father's memories, but with little to no success. When these memories do materialize, she is rendered a helpless, depressed mess.
Brief History:
Everyone has a story. Do you know Honey's?
Some heroes come from the most auspicious of beginnings, are expected to thrive and become something great with the hands of destiny guiding their way and every move. Some people, or heroes, rather, come are born of the most deplorable of situations. Take the birth of Yuliya Popova, or better known as Honey Kisaragi.
In the late summer of 1985, Gergana Popova, a Romanian factory worker became pregnant with twin girls - Yuliya and Nadyenka. She had known their father all of her life, Aleksandr Ivanov. They'd grown up together, slept in the same crib as babies, gone to the same primary school together, graduate upper secondary together, planned to marry eventually. The greatest of friends and lovers, the best relationship anyone who'd known them had ever witnessed: on the outside, at least. As it would turn out, Alek was a monster. And when Gergana wouldn't submit to him one night, he raped her. Out of this brutal attack, Gergana was left broken and pregnant with out heroine and her twin sister.
After this, we could all expect what Gergana would soon do: Leave Aleksandr and attempt to forge a new life for herself and her unborn children. So like any good little mother, Gergana gathered herself up, broken spirit and all, and headed to Pripyat, Ukraine in search of a new life, new identity. Eventually she would find work at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant as an engineer. The months passed, her stomach grew in size, her daughters slowly developing and growing to accept the life that awaited them after birth...
In the spring of 1986, in the month of April, on the twenty-first day, Gergana gave birth to two healthy baby girls, fraternal twins Yuliya (delicate, blonde and beautiful) and Nadyenka (small, fragile, and raven-haired). The two baby girls became the pride of the maternity ward, garnering the attention of every nurse and physician within a 10 foot radius. Gergana held her beloved girls tight to her and thanked god for the gifts she'd been given, one in the image of herself (Yuliya, of course), the other a female form of her father (Nadyenka).
On 26 April 1986 at 1:23 AM, reactor number four at the Chernobyl plant, four miles away from Pripyat and the hospital where Gergana and her girls resided, exploded. Further explosions and resulting fires send a plume of highly radioactive fallout into the atmosphere, devouring the surrounding area and everyone in it's path. Everyone in the hospital fell sick to radiation sickness, this in turn causing Gergana's death and Yuliya and Nadyenka's contamination. However, the nearby city of Pripyat was not immediately evacuated. Almost instantaneously after being exposed to the nuclear blast, Yuliya and Nadyenka's DNA mutated, causing the girls to grow sick and even suffer visible physical changes.
Sadly, unlike their mother, the girls survived the blast and where evacuated to a nearby hospital. This is where Yuliya's life would truly begin.
In hearing of the nuclear fallout of Chernobyl, Professor Takeshi Kisaragi of Tokyo University immediately dropped his course work to travel to Pripyat to help in the recovery effort, and to provide research support into why the reactor had blown. For days he helped to evacuate citizens and tend the sick, in turn becoming as exposed and contaminated with radioactive particles as much as those who had been initially exposed. With the aid of the Ai System, the pinnacle of his research into nuclear and atomic energy manipulation, Kisaragi was able to help stabilize the reactor and clear some of the area. It was a this time that he thought his Ukrainian journey was over, oh how wrong he was.
On the last day of his time spent in Pripyat, Kisaragi heard tales of the hundreds of children displaced and orphaned by the fallout -- a direct effect of loosing parents. The numerous stories he heard tore at his heartstrings, urging him to stay a few more days and to help with the homeless children as best as he could. It was what his dead wife, Hina, would have wanted, after all. Fueled by a promise to be the best man he could be, Kisaragi did his duty and helped with the children -- read stories, sung songs of hope with them, handed out rations and helped to find shelter at hospitals. It was then that he came upon the orphaned Yuliya and Nadyenka that he figured out his destiny: He would become the Japanese adoptive father of two Romanian girls, something almost completely unheard of at the time.
Upon bringing the pair back to Tokyo, Japan with him, he bestowed the pair with proper Japanese names, and secured their citizenship within months. From then on out the pair become known as Nanami Kisaragi (although she's better known as Honey to those closest to her) and Aya Kisaragi (Seira, to friends and family).
Not wanting to alienate the girls from their European heritage, Kisaragi learned what little English and Russian he could, urged the girls to study their lineage and homeland's history, to absorb the region's languages and truly become citizens of the world. The girls eventually became fluent in Japanese, and both Russian and English, giving the pair a huge advantage over their average Japanese counterpart. Honey eventually become fluent in Ukrainian, Turkish, Russian, English, and of course, Japanese.
But for as much as she loved languages, she lacked the same passion where general school work was concerned. Anything but stupid, Honey was one who rather loved socializing than schooling. She would have rather been with her girl friends and boyfriend at the time than to be stuck inside with her face in a book. With her perfectly proportioned body and girlish voice, Honey was an instant hit with most people. But of course, she wasn't without drama. Being a European girl in a Japanese school had it's disadvantages, even if she was fluent in Japanese and had grown up with the same things the Japanese students had. She faced racist remarks in school, was bullied on occasion by a few girls, and even weathered names such as "Gaijin" and "White Whore". However, even these things didn't get her down.
Honey and Misty grew up surrounded by love and wealth, they flourished and grew in beauty, excelled in school and sport, enchanted all those they met. To the outside world they seemed exceptionally happy, gifted in every way possible and as happy as can be. But for as happy as they looked, they faced numerous health problems from having been exposed to the Chernobyl nuclear fallout at such a young age. Honey, in particular, fell victim to sickness more often than her healthy counterparts, was often mocked for her strange eye-color and cool skin-tone.
Honey's sometimes constant sickness was at times heartbreaking for Kisaragi. Sometimes for days at a time he would watch his daughter be reduced to nothing more than a sickly person, bed-ridden and nothing more than a shell of her former self. Yet even in states like this, she kept a sunny outlook, never lost hope in the good of people. This pushed Kisaragi furthered into his lab, researching cures and working on the Ai System. The system, something amazing as it was, was capable of ridding cancer from the body, turning ashes to diamonds, and rendering the sick healthy again. It was as if Kisaragi held the holy grail in his hands, had perfected atomic manipulation and genetic perfect. So with this gift from God, Kisaragi hooked it up to his daughter, Honey: hidden in the form of a small pink heart-shaped pendant attached to a silk choker.
Within hours of having the system attached to her form, Honey was ridded of her radiation sickness and it was like she had never suffered any ills in the first place. For the first time in her life a rosy glow graced her cheeks, her hair flowed in long blonde waves down her back, and she had the strength of three men. Yes, three men. What Kisaragi hadn't expected was that his daughter would become the pinnacle of human perfection: the perfect human woman, in looks and biology. Her form changed so much that Kisaragi was tempted to keep his daughter locked away from the world, as he knew a girl as beautiful and radiant as she would garner all the best and worst attention.
Honey hugged her father tight, thanked him for the gift of life he'd given her. But even now that her life story had gotten good, it was only to get worse.
What Kisaragi hadn't made known to his girls was that the Ai System was the pinnacle of human achievement, the key to immortality and even reality, it seemed. Word of it's completion hit the media like a wave, taking Kisaragi and his girls under it's wake and never letting them go. From then on out the media circus surrounded the Professor and his adoptive daughters, one shirking away from the limelight, the other falling in love with it.
Within weeks, Honey became a world-wide media sensation, known for her beauty and charm. It was as if she'd become a celebrity over night. Every where she went, people wanted pictures and autographs, to even breath the same air as she. Honey was instantly humbled by all of this, honored to her very core that the world could love her so much. That she could love the world so much. But for all the positive press she was getting, she was surely getting as much negative. Some called her a freak of nature, that no one should be that healthy. That is was inhuman to be so beautiful, that surely she'd had plastic surgery. That surely her body was fake, and she was possibly even a robot. With all the grace of Grace Kelly herself, Honey dismissed these stories and went about her life like normal, attending high school and getting grades, joining clubs and participating in sports.
Little did she know that her life as she knew it was about to come to a screeching halt, that she would come home from classes one day with Seira to find her father missing and his lab destroyed. She screamed as she took in the disaster, cried a she frantically dialed emergency, held fast to her sister for dear life as the police and investigators tried their hardest to find her father and those who'd taken him from her.
Honey made a plea on national TV: "Please, my father. Please, give him back. He's... all I have." She cried on TV, her tears soaking her face, giving her the look of a lost little girl, alone in the world, wrapped in her sister's arms. And then, it happened, half way through her heart-breaking plea: an on-air phone call from his captors, a terrorist organization known only as Panther Claw: "Remove yourself from the Ai System and deliver it to us. If you do not want this man to die, do what we ask, little one."
Honey gasped at hearing this, her words instant: "Never! This is my father's life's work, and--" The girl's retort was interrupted by the sound of her father's death: strangled and then shot, all while she and Seira listened, all while on the air for all of Japan to witness. After this the screen of Japan went blank, Honey collapsed into her sister's arms, held onto Seira for dear life as she screamed and cried herself into a dazed stupor.
The girls where then escorted from the TV station and back to their home, where upon entrance they found their father's body hanging from the tree they'd climbed as children, his eyes gouged out, tongue missing, and fingers as well. A nightmare turned into reality, Honey fainted and fell into a deep sleep that lasted days, waking after three days of sleep.
At this point, the once close sisters stopped talking and communicating all together. Seira felt it was Honey's fault all of this had happened, that their father had been murdered, that the media circus never left them alone. Seira confronted Honey and began to scream, let out the full force of her anger unto the broken-spirited girl until she could yell no more. Seira then left, and never bothered to contact her blood sister again. Not even when she got engaged, not even when she wed and took the name Hazuki, not even when she bore a baby girl and named her Honey, after the sister she missed with all her heart.
After the tragic death of her father, Honey had been left with his entire estate and fortune, a wealth that encompassed an entire laboratory and great amount of money, as well as resources and connections. She lived for years on her own, living off of the inheritance her father had left her after his death. It was when she had money that she discovered the pleasures of shopping, the sheer ecstasy of sliding a credit card through an ATM or register. She learned labels, found love.
After one particularly grueling day of pleasure and shopping, Honey found herself bored in her bedroom, surrounded by her purchases and alone. She laid back into the chintz chase lounger and began to snap her fingers, a bored expression on her face as she snapped her fingers and stared into outer space. Suddenly her chest felt hot and a slight burst of energy came from her finger tips, raced from her body, ricocheted off her dressing mirror and bounced onto the skylight, shattering the double-pained glass, sending glittering shards down onto her.
Honey was dumbfounded; what had just happened? Again she snapped her fingers, more energy. She clapped her hands, focused her thoughts, glowing orbs appearing all around her form. She opened her eyes and shrieked in horror at the things she's formed of her own will and curiosity. Oh, something was definitely wrong with her. When before she'd been unable to watch the final DVD her father had left her, Honey finally worked up the courage and placed the disc into the tray of her DVD player and pressed play, watched and listened to her father as he spoke on the screen before her.
"My dear girl.... If you're watching this, then I'm dead. I'm sorry for leaving you and Seira. You know in your heart that I love you dearly, with all of my heart and everything that I am. I most likely left this world unwillingly, most likely left you and Seira to the world; alone. I'm sorry. But for as sorry I am that I'm gone, I'm sorry for what I've left you to put up with.
My little girl, that piece of jewelry that you wear upon your neck, the Ai System, is my legacy and life's work. It's all of my love for you and humanity, in a physical form. What you wear, dearest Honey, is the key to humanity. It keeps you heathy. It keeps you strong. It keeps you young and beautiful. It also lets you manipulate the matter around you. It's the thing human's have been searching-"
The tape cuts off, static and snow over take the screen, leaving Honey in the dark as she stares at the screen, tears streaming down her face. Why did he have to die? Why did he have to leave her? Suddenly she was filled with the need to kill -- anything, anyone. But as fast as the rage had come, it was gone and all was left was a feeling of loneliness and regret. What would she do in this world? What would she become?
Squandering her father's fortune, a fortune that had been built on helping humanity and research. She sighed and stood, got to her feet and closed her eyes, her out her arms, her palms downward. She imagined superheroes, and how they helped the world around them. She imagined Sailor Moon, in her Sailor Suit with her shining moonlight attacks. She imagined Batman, with his superior fighting skills and combat techniques and armor. She imagined Superman with his awesome strength and sense of duty, imagined Wonder Woman and her sense of duty to Justice and Fairness. Unwittingly she called on the very thing her father had left her, the sense that she was meant to do more than to shop and to be a waste of air.
Honey imagined herself a secret hero, dressed in armor, ready to protect, yet still feminine and beautiful. She moved her hands and could practically feel the sword gripped firmly in her hands, the leather hilt warm as it pressed into her skin. She imagined herself as one of those who served and protected. She imagined herself as Honey Kisaragi, the super heroine. And then she opened her eyes, still dressed in her Juicy Couture track suit and slippers.
With a sigh, Honey snapped her finger again. Nothing. With a sigh of frustration, Honey closed her eyes and let sleep take her.
After this night she stopped spending money like it was going out of style. After this night, Honey Kisaragi vowed to live as frugal as she possibly could, to make her own way and not depend on her father's fortune. She surrendered all the credit cards and secured a proper job as a secretary for a real estate company, moved into a small yet trendy apartment in Upper Shibuya. Honey wanted all of her past life to go away, to never resurface. Yet she still wears the heart-shaped pendant her father left her, always on her neck. Sometimes her finger tips will feel hot, sometimes her chest will feel warm and she'll be strong once more. Sometimes she imagines she is that super heroine, the one with the sword and pink armor, the one with the spiky hair cut and cool and sexy attitude. But then she's back in reality, working for a living, socializing with friends and dating. She's just a normal human, she tells herself. But then again, how normal is anyone, really?

Creator's Comments/Notes
I created this version as a hybrid of Cutey Honey Flash, Cutey Honey the Live, and Re: Cutey Honey. She draws from all three of these incarnations of the anime and TV show, but also contains my own elements of mind. She's European in my version, and is an adoptive daughter, often scorned in Japan for being white. If anyone has any problems with it, please let me know. Thank you.

Powers/Abilities:
Pseudonym: Cutey Honey
Realm of Influence: Heat/Atomic Energy
Source of Power: Ai System
Alternate Forms:
- Hyper Honey: Her strongest form, can only be accessed when her heart belongs to another.
- Hurricane Honey: The form she takes on before a battle, a super hot raven-haired beauty who prowls the streets on a beefed-up motorbike (in a leather racing suit, no less).
- Sniper Honey: A form used specifically for espionage missions, Sniper Honey is stealthy girl who caps her targets with a bedazzled Sniper rifle. She retains her natural dirty blonde hair color in this form, to blend in with her surround environment.
Shoulder Guards/Bracers: Feather-light double-bonded, porcelain-dipped kevlar shoulder guards keep her body safe (and in style) from gun shot and knife attack, but leaves her open to animal attack and other threats. Bracers made of the same material are attached to her lower arm portion, a razor-sharp shank ready at a moment's notice. The bracers also aid in helping her to channel her strength and energy into more pure forms of attack that utilize her ability to channel the atoms around her, such as her "Honey Boomerang" attack.
Bodice/Breast Plates: Made of the same materials as her bracers and shoulder guards, the breast plates have been separated into as many as six separate pieces to allow flexibility and to ensure ease of movement. Beneath her breast plates she wears hot pink lycra breast bindings that support her ample bosom.
Skirt: Also made of hot pink lycra, her skirt is held snugly around her perfectly shaped hips by a white and purple utility belt that holds her back-up energy reserves and a few smoke bombs (mostly used for her own amusement when trying to confuse her less than worthy adversaries). The skirt in question does little to cover her bottom portion, and is just short enough to allow view of her panties if she even as so much as bends over slightly, or happens to catch an upward draft of air (another source of her amusement: stunning her foes with panty shots and her flawless form).
Tights/Boots/Shin Guards: As with every other piece of armor that is fastened to her body, Cutey Honey's shin guards are purple and white in color, and protect the bones and skin of her legs from injury by gunshot or stabbing. For added flair she wears white thigh-high tights that seem to only make her seem more of a sex kitten than she already is. Hidden, retractable blades rest at the heels of her boots, ready to use at her will should she get into a hand-to-hand fight.
- Honey Boomerang: White-hot energy that forms a boomerang-like shape as it's fired from the tips of her perfectly manicured fingers. Once it hits the targeted person, it burns away at their flesh revealing tender muscle and leaving blackened skin and scar tissue.
- Melting Heart Inferno: Orb-shaped energy that gains temperate as it's shot from her palms. More intense than Honey Boomerang in force and damage, this attack renders the foe stunned for a few seconds before eating away at their flesh like a virus.
- Honey Heat Spectrum: A tactical attack the requires more concentration on Honey's part than the first two attacks, and is more likely to be fired wrong. If initiated and fired with the required attention, this attack surround the foe with a blast of white-hot matter than completely sets them ablaze. The hit-to-miss ratio of this attack is 10:1, meaning she's more likely to earn the the Noble Peace Prize than to get this one right.
- Honey Heart Annihilation: Only able to be used in her "Hyper Honey" form, this form is both destructive to herself and her foe. A last resort tactic, this attack uses all of her energy stores and the matter around her. She absorbs all of this energy and basically becomes a vessel for the atomic energy, an atom bomb if you will. Both she and every one within a half-mile radius is burned to ashes. Like an atom bomb, this attack gives of massive radiation and can cause radiation sickness in those exposed to the blast for years to come. Never under any circumstances will she use this attack, she's vowed.
Weapons
- Grace Blade: A sword that stands as tall as she does, Cutey Honey summons this giant two-handed blade from the atoms around her. She can only use this weapon for a limited amount of time, as it's draining on her reserves and her initial strength.
In A Nutshell
With the help of a heart-shaped choker she wears around her neck, Honey is able to harness the nano-cells within her blood to take on the form of a super-amped fighting machine dubbed "Cutey Honey."
This abilities to utilize nano-technology allows her the ability to fire white-hot energy from her palms in the form of "Honey Boomerangs". She also possesses a floret she can summon at will. It is razor-sharp and can slice through metal and bone with surgical precision and ease.

Thank you.
