Appearance:
Her skin is about a warm apricot hue. Her height has always been on the average side at five feet five inches. Her facial features mostly resembling her grandmother on her father’s side, but her face more oval, akin to her mothers'.
Her hair color is a noir hue. Thick, and hard to comb, it always caused Fighter problems. During childhood she would wear it in a long braid. Later she cut the front part short. The shorter part of her tresses is now kept in slightly disheveled style falling toward the back. She wears the longer part of her tresses on a long, low pony tail. Her eyes are a rich sapphire blue.
Causal Attire: During the few times when she's not in senshi form Seiya prefers to wear laid back and relaxed clothing such as tight fitting blue jeans with low fitting waists with warm color hued tops that show off and flaunt her well toned abs. She will often opt for sweat pants and plain sports bra at the gym. For more dressy occasions she chooses to wear well tailored suits. Very rarely will she wear anything overly feminine.
Personality:
StarFighter is impulsive and impatient individual. This senshi has a sunny demeanor and love to be the center of your loved ones' adoration. Always a fan of being love being center stage! She doesn't give much thought to the consequences and enjoys playing practical jokes on her fellow senshi. She can arrogant, witty, and has a malicious sense of humor!
At times she tends to say exactly what's on her mind. Which, at times gets her into a lot of trouble with those who are older than her, and even those her own age -- lets just say everyone to be fair. Despite her somewhat rude attitude and childish, she can be sweet and a little charmer. And is a true hopeless romantic at heart and a bit of a daydreamer when it comes to the subject.
This senshi is very intelligent, only when she actually tries. She likes to joke around and teases the others every now and then for fun.Yet Seiya does have a serious side to his personality. She is intensely loyal to her loved ones - the other starlights and Kakyuu-hime.
Fighter enjoys fun and games both outdoors and in and with a group. Some of her greatest strengths are her creativity, idealism and leadership. She don't lack for ambition, either, so they're likely to accomplish a lot -- and have fun while they're at it. Her warmth and loyalty ensures that others will enjoy the ride as well.
Seiya tends to be very stubborn, and will hold onto a belief, or stick to a course of action through thick or thin. Quick tempered, blunt and nasty when they have been affronted, Fighter is usually are deeply hurt or bothered by malice or hostility. She may suffer from short bouts of depression when life doesn't meet her expectations, she bounces back quickly! Her faults can be as large in scale as her virtues, displaying extreme arrogance, autocratic pride, haughtiness, and excessive hastiness of temper. If suspicious of rivals, she will not hesitate to use cunning, lies and trickery to discredit that person.

Powers/Abilities
- Telepathy: She has a much weakened sense of telepathy. She can somewhat sense other senshi’s aura, and sometimes when her fellow starlights are in danger
- Teleportation: When in senshi form, she has the ability to teleport within a short range alone. She can travel much rather when in the company of other senshi.
- Supernova Star Flare: She grasps hold of the sailor yell with her out stretched right hand. Golden hued beams than began to gather toward the center of the object to form a large bright ki orb. As Fighter yells the key phrase, " Supernova Star Flare" sudden bursts of energy are emitted from the core. The luminous orb is then spiked forward with her free left hand toward its target.
- Star Serious Laser: With Sailor Yell in hand she reaches for the heavens. Golden hued stars swirl around her form and move upward at a fast paced motion. The ki gathers in her out stretched hand before she sends form the energy in the large beam toward her target. This attack can also be used in weaker or stronger versions with Star Fighter sees fit.

History:
The sun had arose on the 30th day of the seventh month of the calendar. On this day Kou Seiya was born in the red hued planet in the star system. The daughter of Mikoto and Hiroshi. Seiya was born into a life of privilege. She grew up in a medium sized village in the heart of a large oasis named Rurando.
Yet, as an only child she thought her world to be dull. Even at a young age, Seiya often found ways to entrain her self ... those actives always got into various trouble with her parents, and friends alike. She was a very enthusiastic baby, often getting into anything with in her arms grasp. Two was her worst years, much to her parent’s dismay, when she threw most of her worst temper tantrums and slight aggression. At around three she mellowed down -- not by much!
From her first day at class, at around age 5, she was somewhat of a class clown. Often doing various things to become the center of attention. Her grades were average for the most part. Although her teachers though of her as a very bright child -- when she applied herself. And took a firm disliking to Math! Seiya would usually go out of her way to help her fellow classmates. And was never afraid to step up to 'bullies'. She got involved with sports at a young age. And was the only girl in her kickball team. She would also take part in track, and games similar to the Earth sports of Football, Basketball, soft ball, and baseball. She even had her hair cut in the front so it wouldn't bother her. Still keeping the back part long -- which didn't please her mother.
She would often day dream of worlds beyond the stars. Once she turned nine she started to sneak out, with a few friends to watch the stars, or the sun set in the Aka Bara Dessert plans. Her friends would tease her, calling her the Desert Prince because of her love of the warmer outdoors. One of her favorite things to do was make up ghost stories about mysterious people who got lost in the sands.
At the age of thirteen she started regained her past memories from past lives. She had gotten lost in the expansive sea of red sand. That's when she caught a quick glimpse of things long past. With that vision her powers awakened. Once this young senshi found her way home, she explained the news to her guardians. With their blessings she left the red hued orb to seek her true destiny as one of the guardians of the Royal Family. Her mother gave her a red rose pendant to give her daughter good luck.
Her first day at the palace was bitter sweet. She ended up lost and missed out on the entrance ceremony. A small seemingly harmless prank would soon have her rushing through the halls to escape several other senshi, which included Maker and Healer. Seeking refuse in the gardens she literally ran into Kakyuu-hime. Immediately taken with the female she vowed, quite arrogantly, to always protect her.
Ever the trickster she would often cause trouble for fellow senshi, well anyone. Even though Seiya got off to rough start she would eventually earn Healer's and Maker's trust. At a young age she proclaimed herself their leader, which only served to further annoy Healer. Yet my Kakyuu-hime's permission Fighter was allowed to keep the self proclaimed titled.
Her fifteenth year would prove to be a trying one. They came to the world like a plague of locust on the Serengeti plains. Senshi whom claimed to be under orders of a golden queen. One by one cities fell under the animates cruelty and power. Fighter, along with her two comrades, found herself swept into the growing tides of battle. The people turned on each other as they so desperately tried to find means of escape.
On a moonless night the raven haired senshi witness the flight of their beloved princess. It was then the three starlights left the dying planet to chase after their worlds one and only hope.
A year would go by before the three eventually tracked Kakyuu-hime to a planet called Earth. The starlights took male civilian guises, becoming idol singers with the hopes of their hime hearing their song. (manga = cross dressers! ) The three would later transfer to Juuban high school.
After some deliberation the three female starlights decided to take on male forms to help them in their search to find Kakyuu-hime. They noticed the popularity of most pop stars and thus decided to form a band. Hopping that their princess would one day hear their song.
They would later transfer to Juuban High school. Following their star charts which determined this was one of the better areas. Upon arrive Seiya would pass a blonde her boyfriend (*bites tounge* ). Mistaking her for Kakyuu-hime because of the light she cared. The raven haired male would later genuinely fall in love with her, even going so far to protect the girl's very life. Sadly Yaten and Taiki would later frown on this.
Seiya and Usagi grow closer and closer. Sadly Usagi is still oblivious to his true feelings and considers him just a friend. However, that would change because of a trap set Sailor Aluminum Siren, forcing the Inner Senshi and the Sailor Starlights to reveal their true identities to each other. Ashamed that he hid the truth from Usagi, Seiya avoids her and descends into a bit of a funk.
After some serious soul-searching, Seiya decided to apologize to Usagi, and to renew their relationship. The other two Lights warn him against getting involved with Usagi, claiming that she will probably end up interfering with the Starlights' mission. the raven haired male chose to ignore them, and attempts to approach Sailor Moon.
It's too bad that at that moment, Sailor Moon happens to be in mortal danger. Sailor Tin Nyanko sneaks up behind Sailor Moon and plans to shoot her with a bazooka. Seiya ends up taking a direct hit for Sailor Moon.
After that, things aren't too terribly well between the Three Lights and the Sailor Senshi. Both Taiki and Yaten were dead serious about keeping their leader away from the so call "bad luck charm". Nonetheless Seiya and Usagi would continue to see each other, even though their meetings were short.
Shortly before the Three Lights' final concert, Seiya and Usagi meet backstage to put an end to their "relationship." Seiya teases Usagi, telling her that he plans to spirit her away right after the concert. "Don't feel bad that I'm in a one-sided love," he finally says. Then he leans over and kisses her on the cheek, as tears spill out of her wide eyes.*
The three starlights would eventually find their princess. A few more rough patches lay ahead yet with true effort the group made it through. Baring witness as Sailor Moon purified Sailor Galaxia.
With the Universe saved the three lights and their princess returned to their home star. (*sniffles* ) With time and effort the world was returned to it's former glory. To this day Fighter kept the promise she made as a young girl. Still, in Healer's words "An annoying love sick prat"
RP Sample:
The palace it’s self seemed to mix with many designs seemed on Earth’s far Western cultures. The grand building was composted of high towers, and massive rooms each decorated in a similar elegant style. The flooring its self was mostly a smooth soft rosy hued marble. The halls were lined with various paintings of the royal family and noble senshi. Accents were comprised mostly of fresh cut flowers, beautiful sculptures, and other beautifully handmade furnishings. The soft fragrance of olive blossoms wafted through out the main rooms. In the center of this man made Eden was the royal private garden. There several rare flowers had been grown by the young princess. The grounds themselves were tended to by a small army of attendants. They could be seen rushing about, keeping the palace in order. A few knights stood I place near the front of the palace.
Surrounding this elegant place was a lush field, and the grand gardens that hosted many important festivals. Flowering threes dotted the landscape, along with various species of flowers. The lad was currently in the warm embrace of summer, thus the area was currently alive with the brilliant hues of red, rich pink and a few hues from soft pink and yellow. On the far outskirts was a wall designed to protect the palace – this added after the rebuilding process for various reasons.
Yes, that subtle fragrance would have greeted the newly arrived travelers. The grand front room bathed in the glorious warmth from the binary star thanks to the large ornate windows. In a few hours she was sure the silver haired Light would arrive, possibly accompanied with Sailor Moon and Neptune. They left the green blue world at midnight Tokyo time. From there, they traveled faster than the speed of light via teleportation to the lush world of Kinmoku. For the two young women accompanying her it would be a bit of a spring break, yet for Seiya it was a home coming.
Fighter’s form reappeared with the two other young women she persuaded to leave Earth. She was clad in the starlights signature dark vinyl fuku, with soft blue hued accents. A small smile played along her features as her gaze focused toward the two young women beside her “Well, ladies we are here… Welcome to Kinmoku! I want you both to relax, think of this world as your home away from home” she commented with a laugh.
